We began as an online bookstore solving India’s access problem. Growth turned us into the e-commerce giant we are today. But discounts and festive sales alone weren’t enough anymore.

The challenge was relevance in everyday life. We saw that groceries, credit, and small-town users would define the next wave. Flipkart 2.0 is our answer—expanding Supermart, onboarding small sellers, and offering finance products that make shopping easier.

Today, we’re building AI-driven personalization, voice shopping for vernacular users, and drone-based logistics. The aim is not just convenience but inclusion.

Our next phase is to be more than a shopping site—we’re building a digital lifestyle platform. If the first chapter was discounts, this one is loyalty, trust, and ubiquity.
